Majan Modern Solutions has commenced the implementation phase of its Integrated Management System (IMS) Certification & Audit Services project for OQ Gas Networks (OQGN) following the successful project kick-off meeting.
Aligning the Three-Year IMS Certification Programme
The kick-off meeting focused on aligning the execution strategy, certification priorities, multi-site audit planning and key programme milestones for the three-year engagement.
The project covers five management system standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems
- ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems
- ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
- ISO 55001 – Asset Management Systems
- ISO 50001:2018 – Energy Management Systems
Multi-Site Certification Across Oman
The programme will support OQGN operations across multiple locations in the Sultanate, including Muscat, Al Mabella, Fahud, Sohar, Sur, Duqm, Salalah, Nimr and Haima. The delivery approach combines integrated audit coordination with specialist certification activities where required by the relevant ISO and accreditation requirements.
Next Steps
Following the kick-off, Majan Modern Solutions is progressing the detailed audit programme, site rotation, certification sequencing and awareness-training plan in coordination with the project stakeholders.
The project strengthens Majan Modern Solutions’ portfolio of ISO consulting, certification support and multi-site IMS audit coordination services in Oman, particularly for energy, utilities and industrial organisations.
