Project Overview
Majan Modern Solutions is delivering an ongoing three-year Integrated Management System (IMS) implementation and certification support programme for the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn) in the Sultanate of Oman.
The engagement supports Madayn in establishing, implementing, maintaining and preparing its integrated management system for certification against ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. The programme combines management-system design, practical implementation support, training, internal audits, management review and external certification-audit coordination.

Project Scope
The project covers the complete IMS implementation and certification-support cycle, including:
- Project kick-off, initial assessment and comprehensive gap analysis.
- Development and review of integrated management-system documentation from Level 1 through Level 4.
- Preparation and implementation of policies, objectives, procedures, work instructions, forms, records and controlled registers.
- Quality risk and opportunity management, occupational health and safety risk assessment, environmental aspect-impact evaluation and compliance-obligation registers.
- Implementation support across the agreed Madayn locations.
- IMS awareness training for relevant personnel.
- Internal-auditor training and practical audit capability development.
- Planning and execution support for integrated internal audits.
- Management-review preparation, facilitation and action follow-up.
- Technical support for selection and coordination of an accredited third-party certification body.
- Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification-audit readiness, coordination and close-out support.
- Ongoing system maintenance, document updates, internal audits and external surveillance-audit support during the subsequent contract years.
Multi-Site Coverage
The IMS programme covers Madayn’s agreed operations at Head Office, Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM), Samail Industrial Estate and Nizwa Industrial Estate. The implementation approach is structured to provide consistent management-system controls while addressing the operational requirements of each location.
Integrated Implementation Approach
Majan Modern Solutions is applying a coordinated IMS approach so that quality, environmental and occupational health and safety requirements are integrated into one practical management framework. This reduces duplication, improves document control and supports consistent risk management, compliance monitoring and performance review across the organisation.
Current Project Status
The project is currently ongoing and in the implementation phase. The consultancy programme and resource plan have been updated to reflect the current execution requirements, with implementation, training, internal audit, management review and certification-readiness activities progressing under the approved project scope.
Three-Year Certification & Maintenance Programme
Following the initial implementation and certification phase, Majan Modern Solutions will continue supporting Madayn through the subsequent years of the programme with IMS maintenance, document updates, internal audits, management reviews and external surveillance-audit coordination, supporting certification continuity and continual improvement.
