Wind turbines utilize offshore winds to move turbines for production of energy but in case of discontinuity or low winds hydrogen fuel or fossil fuel is used as a buffer to fulfil the requirement of energy. This system is low costly so agriculture in desert areas could become a reality and availability of freshwater for household, agriculture, industry and hydrogen production plants has become easy.
